Honestly Fiallo didn’t have to come because it was so late but he knew how important a refrigerator is. He went above and beyond. All fixed and good to go. Excellent service and the nicest guy. Wish everyone was this kind

Dwight was unable to help me since my freezer was not acting up. He was unable to diagnose a problem since it was. Later this afternoon, The freezer started acting funky again now I’m going to have to pay for a second Repair call and I am not happy about that

My technician was very pleasant and professional. In a very short time he diagnosed the problem for my dryer. It ended up to be a broken belt. He was in and out within 30min.
