Garth was courteous and very qualified. My fridge was up and running in notice. The automatic scheduling system is frustrating leading you to believe your technician will be there when he isn't . Try to get a human to talk to you is even worse. Technician A+. Scheduler failure.

He was quick & neat. I asked about a piece that is broken oven a drawer but he said it wasn't covered.Nowhere inthe contract does it say that

Honestly Fiallo didn’t have to come because it was so late but he knew how important a refrigerator is. He went above and beyond. All fixed and good to go. Excellent service and the nicest guy. Wish everyone was this kind
