James was the best technician I've had in a long time. He installed the part as if he were putting it in his own home! Quality work, didn’t rush,, handled parts with care, very courteous and respectable, waited after installed to make sure all was working properly, checked for leaks afterwards, cleaned up after himself, and had all the tools and the oarts with him.! You don't see this kind of service anymore. I hope i can get him again should i need him down the road! Thank you James and best of luck in your career!
