James was the best technician I've had in a long time. He installed the part as if he were putting it in his own home! Quality work, didn’t rush,, handled parts with care, very courteous and respectable, waited after installed to make sure all was working properly, checked for leaks afterwards, cleaned up after himself, and had all the tools and the oarts with him.! You don't see this kind of service anymore. I hope i can get him again should i need him down the road! Thank you James and best of luck in your career! AC went out during the hottest record setting month of May! Sears was assigned to me via my home warranty plan. They are on time, professional, and honest! The tech was AWESOME! He knew his stuff, didn't delay at all. Fixed it, put new parts in, and all is well and COOL! These guys are the real deal, and I would recommend them to anyone!
