This is my 3rd experience. The technicians are very qualified, and courteous. The automated scheduling system sucks, the technicians agree, and the poor quality is consistent over all my appointments. Be prepared for frustrations trying to talk to a human, trying to schedule an earlier visit when the repair part arrives a week early, and having the automatic system reschedule you by canceling the day's appointment, and rescheduling it the next day without your approval! This after I hired someone to be there because I was not able. Just terrible, frustrating impersonal scheduling experiences.

I'm done buying Craftsman for life. 40 yrs wasted.. You have to scan a QR Code Take pics then told to mail all tools 51!!! to them. After taking useless pictures, 3 days worth of emails, worst experience ever. Don't buy craftsman anything its made in china now not usa sadly. went to all local craftsman retailers and employees had no intrest in helping exchange even one tool at all 3 in person unbelievable experience. I will be getting rid of ALLL my craftsman tools now once replacements arrive.. god willing. Expensive for nothing

I advise to NEVER use this company! They gave me the run around for 2 months when my Washer broke. You can’t reach ANYONE who can help by phone. It was a nightmare. HORRIBLE company.

If there was a zero I would put zero. There was no service done today. The appointment was rescheduled three times from 3, &5:00. I finally had to call and cancel the appointment. The technician never did any work at 421 santa Anna Drive Palm Springs, FL 33461. We were not happy. We had to call another company for the repair. Can I send you the bill?

No one has turned up for the appointment after it kept getting changed and delayed. Now the company or technician is lying by entering a completed service. Absolute worst.

Technician (Wilner) came to flush out AC. However he DID NOT DO ANYTHING. All he did was spend 1 minute to suck out water from the overflow sensor and then left. In reality he was supposed to clean out the AC and flush out the clogged drain (which he never did). As a result the AC stopped working again within 24 hours. This was for a rescheduled visit #2 of 2, since on the first visit he did not even show up! I DO NOT recommend this company at all.
