Eyal E,
I was charged over $200.00 for service on a one year old stacked Whirlpool washer/dryer which required no parts it merely needed to reset the motherboard. Service time amounted to 20 minutes. Resetting the motherboard was simply unplugging the machine and replugging it in the power source. Stay away from Sears. It not the reliable old Sears any more . Its simple highway robbery
Charles H,
They are the worse EVER. First problem. The tech never showed for the scheduled time He never texted me to let me know he would be late. The tech did call& I came home. 2) tech ordered a part. The part comes in immediately But tech did not give my correct address...I called Sears customer service to have them correct my Address. It took Sears 2 & 1/2 weeks just to correct my address. Still no part. I finally contacted the CEO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE HUGE PROBLEM!!!
Linda D,
Closed permanently..... can only order parts online
Gary S,
Sears is no longer at this location
Antonio V,
Did NOT have such a repair!
Patricia R,
The tech was uninterested in doing any repairs because they were going to be difficult. He was in my house less than 15 minutes and just wanted his fee. I wish I could leave less than one star. Very disappointing.
Morgan K,
His idea of inspection was to measure a temperature of the fridge, then charge 120 bucks. Terrible service
Alex D,
Keep setting up appt. No parts available to fix wine cooler only going on 6+ months.
Barry Z,
It was basically a sham. I understand the $100 service call to let me know that the ice maker itself is operational (which I sort of knew) and that the line is probably frozen. Then they wanted $375 to unfreeze the line, but really just wanted to sell me a warranty. I will make sure I let everyone in Palm Beach County know about Sears Appliance repair is not worth it and to hire an independent repair person. They just want to sell not fix. The repairman himself was just doing what Sears told him to do.
