Michael initially came on the service appt, had to order the part and the returned on the date that was reached. He was knowledgeable about the machine and was able to replace the part in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service! Would gladly have Michael as the service tech if the need were ever to arise again!

Michael didn't check the freezer drain line, freon, or drainage pan. I'm concerned these areas could be problem before the next PM service.
