his service was great ups delivered a big box i wasn't expecting the technician opened it it's a black refrigerator door without a door gasket. In May 3, 2023 Sears ordered a door gasket for my side by side refrigerator freezer as of today i still need one the Technician said there was nothing he could do because i still need the part and he could not take the door with him i have called that number until i guess they no my number and put me on hold as of today i called and held for 10 mins and they hung up on me ISTILL NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION ON THE DOOR GASKET AND WHO DO I CONTACT TO PICK UP THE REFRIGATOR DOOR THE TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT HE GAVE ME A HELP NUMBER
