Absolutely terrible. After delaying the repair for over a week after the repair part arrived, when the new ice machine was installed, it never made one ice cube. Continued calls to the repair person's phone with no answer and after numerous voice messages, there was never a reply. I paid for the repair up front, and still do not have a working ice maker. One star is way too many.

The technician never came. He said that since my appliance has a worn out model number, he could not service it. The day before I received the text from Sears stating that the technician would call me in the morning to let me know what time he was arriving, he never did call. So I waited all day here till almost 5 o’clock for him to tell me that he cannot service me because of the missing model number. I’m not sure why Sears was chosen to come fix my appliance when everybody knew that the new model number was worn off. I previously had Sears warranty services for the last three years, and I will never go back to them again

Does not service the Keys. Just wasted ten minutes on the phone with them. At the end I was told they don’t service the Keys! Please remove this from Google Maps!

I hired other tech and fridge was fixed, just refill Freon , with sears services they charge you $108.00 just to come to your home to tell you “ no fixable”what a scam , I don’t recommend

Don't waste your time calling. After asking a bunch of questions, I was told that they didn't have any avail service date for repairs.

Agree with the prior poster, no service in the keys. Not sure why google posts this service. It should be removed.
