Dwight did a wonderful job repairing our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and then returned and repaired it. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. Also, he was very personable. I highly recommend Dwight.

Rob was efficient and right to the point and immediately made his recommendation to the warranty company. Appointment window was from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. which is a large "window". He arrived promptly at 8.am but unfortunately I had already taken the day off from work.
