Dwight is a grea repairman, very polite and seems to know the system. It will be nicer(wich is not his fault) if the insurance company realizes that the problem can not be resoved and just replaced the refrigerator before the owner have to go through 7 weeks of excruciating problems dealing with the problem. Plus all the headaches of not having a workable system.

I signed up for the Sears service program primarily because I had a specific problem with my Microwave which needed to be fixed. the job cost me well over $600 (for a microwave!!!) You'd think they would give me discount as I have comitted to spend a lot of money with them for my contract. They did fix the problem but I'm not sure if it was worth the money.
