Albert was beyond wonderful. The BEST AC man ever. He was not only so nice trying to help me get my AC back, but also so knowledgeable about my AC system. I am so glad Sears assigned him to my case. Hopefully I won't need him in the near future, but it is reassuring to know he is there.

The technician that came to install the part, that the first guy ordered based on his diagnosis, asked what the issue was with my refrigerator before starting installation. He did a few checks and told/showed me that the part ordered was not the problem. He resourcefully fixed the problem using a part from his truck swiftly and always keeping me aware of his progress. He has found his career calling for sure.
