Carlos is very professional stayed in touch with me. Contacted me as soon as the part arrived. I wish it would not have taken so long for the part to arrive. Over a week and a half without a refrigerator is difficult. It was not anything that Carlos could have done. Diffrent. He was excellent. Would recommend Sears Home Services to others.
