Dwight was a pleasant guy however the issue has not been corrected. My refrigerator is still making a loud hammering/bang noise after dispensing water. Dwight changed two parts but problem not solved.

I've never seen a HVAC tech work like Albert does. It's almost like he doesn't even realize he's doing it. He had to un-do what the last Sears tech did that made my condenser unit stop functioning after a couple of weeks. Albert just looked around to see the work the last Sears tech did and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was skeptical, but he clearly knew what he was doing. Please send Albert if I need any more future AC requests. Thanks Albert!
