The appointment and service went very well. Since I didn't notice the 2 lights in the fridge didn't work Rob took them out and explained how I could safely replace them with 2 new bulbs. Bought the bulbs and my problem is I can't get them screwed in right the way he had shown me. I think my hands shake too much to get them placed properly. Hoping I can find someone to help with that. The fridge does seem to be working well so far, thanks to Rob.
