Technician was timely and very helpful with my washer machine issues. Technician recommended to replace about 7 different parts on the washer in order to repair it properly. American Home Shield would not allow for the replacement parts. They are going to replace the washer. I wish they would of paid for the parts because I really like the Sears technician
