Aaron was great!! He communicated a 2 hour window in the morning on the day of appointment. Showed up on time, evaluated the problem and fixed the dishwasher within an hour. Explained everything. He was great!!

Great service. Called us to tell when he was coming, texted 10 minutes before arrival. Nice personality and attitude. Detected the problem in 5 minutes and changed a door switch and the microwave started to work. A previous tech from another company came 4 times in 4 weeks without resolving the problemWe are so delighted we are going to request from 2-10. to use Sears services in the future. Great service.
