Great service. Called us to tell when he was coming, texted 10 minutes before arrival. Nice personality and attitude. Detected the problem in 5 minutes and changed a door switch and the microwave started to work. A previous tech from another company came 4 times in 4 weeks without resolving the problemWe are so delighted we are going to request from 2-10. to use Sears services in the future. Great service. Thanks
