No problem with Robert as he is good at his job. My problem is with getting in touch with the A&E (Sears) local number which they never seem to answer. Some questions do not fit into the phone tree's limited options and rather than let you talk to a person, it just disconnects. Also, I was told a part was needed but it was on back order. The automated message said they would call us WEEKLY with any update. Weekly, really? I personally found the part available on four different websites but it took over another week for Sears to get one. Meanwhile we don't have a working refrigerator or freezer. Too long to get repairs completed. Anyway, it's supposedly fixed now and I'm just waiting for it to get back to its normal temperatures.

10 PLUS - Could not be any more pleased with John, his knowledge and courtesy. He is a credit to Sears! He diagnosed the problem and fixed in 10 minutes, the issue that has been ongoing for (6) weeks and two previous wasted service calls.
