Rob arrive within the time slot I was given (on the appointment date). He replaced the "inside" fan unit (he had previously replace the fan in the back of the refrigerator (6/21)). In addition he "cleaned" the fan in the freezer which had accumulate some ice (due to inside fan failure). GREAT job. Highly recommended.
