Troy is a gem. Wonderful and helpful.
Estimate for servicing my dryer was extremely expensive and more than the cost of the machine. The part alone was less than $100 but received an estimate of approximately $668 to repair the machine. Very disappointed that Sears is overcharging customers that way. However, Troy is a wonderful technician and very helpful in every way. Sears is lucky to have him..
