Supurb service to diagnose electronic circuit board problem on aging refrigerator. All necessary parts were no longer available. Cost, if available too high. Best to replace unit if it fails again. Work around to immediate replacement. Very satisfied. I hope I always get Rob for service visits.

Robersy arrived as expected. He kept us well informed as to when he would arrive. He immediately assessed what was needed to fix our issue and took care of it. He also vacuumed off the back of our refrigerator that is a tight squeeze in the space it is located. I appreciated having the hidden areas cleaned up so the refrigerator would run more efficiently. He was very professional and worked very efficiently always being considerate of not doing any damage while pulling the refrigerator out and pushing it back in place. When he was finished he checked all the settings and gave advice on the proper temperature settings and when the water filter should be changed. Based on our service call today I would recommend Sears home service to anyone needing appliance service.
