I found your technician very personable and honest. I have a Samsung refrigerator that the icemaker had stopped working. I have replacement parts available, but he indicated that all I need to do is press the "blue" button to restart it. In the future, I would not hesitate to call on him. On the other hand, I also had a service call for my washing machine. When the tech arrived I immediately informed him that my daughter would pay for the service, but that she was working and she would have to be able to deal with the payment matter as efficiently as possible. However, the tech became beligerant with this matter and was ranting about how he had other calls to make. While that was understandable, I don't feel he had to be belligerant about it. I am scheduled for the 18th for him to return with the replacement parts. If possible please provide us with a different tech. Thank you

Supurb service to diagnose electronic circuit board problem on aging refrigerator. All necessary parts were no longer available. Cost, if available too high. Best to replace unit if it fails again. Work around to immediate replacement. Very satisfied. I hope I always get Rob for service visits.
