Tony was thorough with his inspection of the dishwasher. Once the problem was discovered he fixed it quickly and put it through a cycle to make sure it was working correctly and that nothing else was causing problems. Problem solved. Thank you Tony for quick service.

James was beyond great and renewed my faith in service technicians. Another tech had been out previously to service our unit and although the experience was not terrible, I would not want him again. Not only did he NOT fix the issue, he made it WORSE, and closed out our claim without telling us. Thankfully we were able to get someone else out, JAMES immediately diagnosed the issue, adjusted it enough so it was bearable until he could get the part in and completely fix the problem. Just can't Thank him enough for his fantastic personality, worth ethnic, and all around great service. Truly 10 STARS!

It took 1 Week for Choice Home Warranty to get a Sears Technician out to work 30 minutes on my AC when temperatures were in the High 90's. Ug! The Technician was cordial and effective in getting the AC to work, but the TIME it TOOK for the Choice Home Warranty Company to get him to my house was terrible!
