The experience with Sears has been less than desirable. Especially the service from Randy S. He took his time with everything. Didn't show up with the necessary tools and then did a very bad installation and asked us what we wanted him to do about it. The unit was leaking bad and he said it was cause we had it on. Well how else would we have even known it was leaking. Had another company and a supervisor come out from Sears and they discovered that there was an improper valve installed, the drain hole was not plugged which is why it was leaking heavy. The actual drain line was not connected. The copper was not covered. I could go on. Long story short, we are now in month 3 and my unit is still not working right. And they keep trying to send Randy out! Disappointed with Sears and the warranty company at this point. Beware!

Dryer repair

Tony could not replicate problem so he had no suggestions. The dryer constantly resets the time because the clothes are not drying. When it does finish the clothes are still wet. I still have no dryer.

I'd give you a zero star if I could!

First of all, Conrad was very nice and friendly when he walked in the door, but the other white guy did not even give me any eye contact - so rude! Then they looked for the model number, but couldn't find it in "the usual places." After they closed me out and left, I found the model number — it was under the meat drawer. They hadn't even take the drawer out! Even if they had seen it, they had already closed out my service call so now I have to start over again. This has been a very frustrating experience. The smallest window I got was 8 AM to 5 PM. They arrived shortly before 12 and left shortly after 12.

Follow Up Scheduled too Long

I had no problems with the Service Representative, he was very polite. My Problems, are with Sears. First of all: You take 8, hrs, of my time, waiting on the Service Representative, to review the problems. Second: He ordered the parts, the parts, and the parts are delivered in 1, weeks, But he is told to reschedule me for 2, weeks. Third: I called and asked for an earlier appointment, but no one responded to my request. Fourth: One of Part, he ordered was shipped incorrectly, he said he had that particular part, in his vehicle, which was a Blessing. The Main Problem I have with Sears, every time they show up, they never have any Parts, if I would have an Air Conditioner Problem, and no Air, in my Home, I would suffer, 2-4, Weeks, in a Extremely Hot Home. By the way! The Burner, the Serviceman, repaired today, keeps popping out of the slot, when heated. I will request for another Company, to use in the future. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE BOOKED FOR 8, HOURS, SOMETIMES I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IMPORTANT MATTERS TOO! Thank You,

A total jerk

Came about a 15 year old microwave. He looked at the microwave. Never asked me anything about it. Went out it van and then insulted me and said he believed this 15 year old microwave had been abused and he would never let it look like that in his house. For the record:: the machine was dirty because we were afraid to do anything to it after the microwave had stopped working. But he took the chance to be rude, and left. He told me that he knows nothing about installation so he didn't know what would happen next.

Problem Not fixed

I honestly can't believe after two weeks of trying to get my washing machine fixed. He left without testing it so it's still broken with the same exact error code. I'm not sure why that this is acceptable for a repair person to come and not double check their work this is absolutely ridiculous. I just want a washing machine that works. I don't know what else to do now I would love someone to come fix this as soon as possible since I've already paid the money and waited a week for a part to come in that was obviously not the correct part

Air conditioning system

He didn't do anything he just went upstairs he opened the vent I told him those vent had not been touched from the last time he was here. I have documented our Fpl bill has more than doubled he said the air conditioner was old. When I told him they were under warranty he said they were doing away with the program. Can someone call me from Sears we have been very good customers of Sears for over 15 years.Please do not send him to our house again he was nice but didn't solve the problem.

We had to cancel our contract with American Home Shield because you kept changing our service appointments. We had to buy a new Refridgerator because we could not wait for your company to decide to come and repair it. We could never talk with anyone at you company only got recordings.
