Never again
Over 6 weeks without washer. Technician replaced every part available on it. Used to get service quickly but this took way to long should have been replaced that's why I have contract. Supposed to get credit have not seen it yet. Will not renew contract and to think I used to praise them. No more. Took a month to get oven repaired. Not enough technicians to cover all the appliances anymore either. Washer tech was great but supervisor who kept telling him to replace parts which kept extending work needs to reevaluate his judgement on this. You lost a customer.

Not repairing and not documenting
He has visited us two times in two weeks and did not document the diagnosis details he shared with us The part is not available to repair and he didn't document the information so I need to schedule one more appointment and the repair is not done

Refrigerator repair
I waited months because of the constant rescheduling and then when the technician replaced the computer panel the replacement did not work. My refrigerator still does not get cold enough to put food in it. I've been living out of small dorm style refrigerator since September

I don't think he was knowledgeable with the work that he was doing in replacing my damper AMS. And using all the parts that came with the I assembly.

not worth service call and not happy cusotmer
he is good as person but in my point of view if you technician then do analysis issue properly and provide resolution. first step he just took pic and see dust on coil which he can clean but instead of clean he stop furthe check and told he can't do anything since coil is dirty. i did clean myself by spray coil cleaner and it was just dust which is normal on any air condition. Air condition function is to move whole house so its normal to had dust on it. as techniciant they should wipe dust and do further troubleshooting and resolved issue. if you pay $$$ service fee for just take pic then its not worth service call.

Wrong Time
Ireceived tow e-mails saying that a technician would be at my house between 2:55 and 3:55 pm. The technician arrived at 11:45 while I was at a dental appointment. I had cancelled a doctor's appointment at 3:30 so that I could be here when the technician arrived. When he did arrive, not at the appointed time, I could not meet him in time and he said I'd have to reschedule and hung up the phone. I need a repairman TODAY!!
