Ignored the issue
My microwave has an intermittent issue with making a loud electrical "pop" while in use. This is clearly not safe. After a quick component check and 5 second test, he deemed the microwave to be without an issue. I'm shocked that this intermittent issue is being ignored, especially since I paid to have it repaired.

Poor unacceptable service
I was given a 8am to 5pm service window. I skipped work and waited ALL day for the technician to arrive. The technician finally arrived at 5:45pm (outside of the arrival window) and with the wrong part. And upon seeing signs of an insect infestation, refused to service the dishwasher. He did provide me with the part number and I am now having to seek alternative means of getting my dishwasher repaired. This may very well be the last straw for my relationship with Sears Home Services.

Nice, but not very knowledgeable
The technician had to make three trips. The first trip he ordered the wrong parts because he did not listen to me when I'm described the problem. The second trip he ordered the new part and we had to wait another week. The third trip he ordered a part that he said didn't fit. He fiddled around for three hours. And now four days later, my refrigerator is freezing everything!

Rude
I told James that I requested that both AC units be looked at. He told me he can only look at one. I asked him to let me call my warranty company to verify. He said he is only doing one and he proceeded to walk out. He wasn't pleasant at all and he was smelly. I don't want him back on my property as he was very disrespectful!

Repair did not work
Tony himself was great but he left, I out clothing into the dryer and 8 minutes later, it stopped working. There is no human I can call to get this resolved.

HVAC making rattling noise like a scooter starting
He did absolutely nothing to identify the problem in the Air Conditioner HVAC and was only interested in the deductible first. Never any contractor asked me any money without identifying the problem and therefore asked him to leave. Also my appointment was for May 6 and he came on May 5. In short he did no work.

Very bad service
I am with out AC for 2weeks now. This tech came here twice and when he came first time on 16th of April he did not even submit the report to choice home warranty. He was not able to identify the problem or even explain why the ac is not working , he said he will comeback in 2 hours and he came back again today after 5days to write up the report and he said he submitted the report to choice home warranty. And they will call me in two hours . He did not provide any information on the issue . I called choice home and they said there is some line leak . This tech is not recommended for any clients
