Tech was fine—-everything else sucked
So I'd like to start off by saying that Tony, the technician, was a nice guy and did his best to resolve the issue. The problem stemmed from an entire day of missed arival windows, and then the following day being told that it would cost more to fix a washing machine then just replace it somewhere else. It was just overall a really disappointing experience.

Wonderful Technician!
Technician was super nice. Seemed like a very wonderful person. Went to work. , cleaned out drain, very polite. Unfortunately, that was only part of problem. AC is still leaking. I'm sure he did what he thought was needed. I would call and get him back out here to see what the problem is but it took 3-4 WEEKS to get him here. Not to mention the fact that Sears has NO humans and now relies on AI to 'talk' about everything. Or, I get someone in another country with a BAD connection and barely understands English. After 25 plus years (that's almost $25,000) with Sears Warranty, I think I QUIT!!! You've made it too hard. Now, I need to find a technician to fix my AC and other appliances.

Whirlpool dishwasher
After a few service calls, the technician was able to correct leak on our dishwasher. Hopefully this will fix the leak in the door by replacing the lower spray arm where it separated. Upon replacement It seems to be corrected now as well as replacing the door seal. Most likely the door seal would need to get replaced, but they did it anyway.

Communication
He came over and checked AC he told me he will take care of everything. My AC motor is under manufacture warranty so he told me he will order new one and I just pay labor fee about 160. He told me he will be back but after 20 mins he stayed in his truck then just drive away. I was expecting he come back give me some information what should I do next. The AC not working and I was stucked. I feel like I paid fee but no service provided.

Supposed to be a Preventative Maintenance
The PM was not performed, he clearly had knowledge but didn't inform me that because my floor wasn't level he wasn't doing the pm. Had to call the warranty company to find out our ticket was still open and they would come back once we leveled the floor. The lack of communication was frustrating. I wish him well in his retirement as he indicated he was retiring tomorrow - he clearly wasn't wanting to be here. We will call for return service AGAIN as this is the 2nd attempt at getting this pm done.

Poor timing
Called me in the am to confirm 1-3 arrival. I called him at 4:30 when he had not arrived. We had an 8-5 window which kept me housebound today. I understand jobs run long but knowing I could have gotten some things done would have been nice.

Fridge still not working
Tech worked very hard on my fridge but the end result was still a hot fridge. We are very disappointed.

No communication
Service technician seem to be fairly knowledgeable. However, there's sketchy or no communication as to when they're coming or if the parts are going to be delivered to the home or to the shop and then they bring them. Waited two days hoping they were coming and when they did show up, I was not notified. I'm not criticizing the technician. I'm criticizing the AI portion of the business. Not being able to deal with a human being is something I'm not going to ever get used to..

Very unprofessional
Tech spent less than five minutes evaluating ice maker issue. Stated that someone had "pulled" the ice maker from the back of the freezer and it could not be reattached. This is a new unit that your company installed last June and had to come back to make adjustments three times after installation. No attempt was made to fix or reattach the unit. Tech was unprofessional, made no attempt or suggestions to state how to fix and left within five minutes of arriving.

Refrigerator
I wish I could give this zero stars!!!! Technician never showed up on 10/29 for appointment even though the portal said he arrived. Fridge still isn't fixed, spoke with my home warranty and they reached out to sears supervisor who was going to escalate and reach out to me, never received a call!! I have since reached out again to my home warranty and now have a 4th appointment scheduled for the same issue that has been ongoing since 09/01 when the technician originally told me it was the compressor which by the way was on his truck at the 2nd appointment that he stated to see if smaller parts fixed the problem if not he would return and replace compressor.
