The service by the tech was ok. He did not replace the part that was identified as potential issue during remote diagnostic session. He replaced another part and my problem still exists after 3 different people have attempted to fix the issue.

the service tech was fine, but i am seriously disappointed with the company. first, i had an appointment confirmed and no one showed up within your asinine 8am to 5pm schedule. after on one showing up, i received a message stating that the appointment time has passed and would i like to reschedule or cancel. this is absolutely no way to run a service oriented company, and i will never use your company again. i am also passing this alone to first american home warranty.

I got the visit of a nice gentleman, but he did not fix the problem. He just complained about the product. He is a nice person, but I am totally disappointed with the final result. Still have the same problem

What Randy could control he did, a good job. The administration to this process was awful between not being able to communicate with sears and choice home warranty made this experience worse . We started this process on June 26 and completed it on August 16. Randy was very thorough when he was communicating, but it was obviously out of his control. Siri should have a better level of communicating with the clients
