Technician did a good job, but still having a leaking washer machine never got fully fixed.

Dalton is very nice. Did a wonderful job. He made our dryer work. Other dealers said it was impossible. It was not for him. We thank Dalton And Sears. They went through a lot of trouble to find a part.

Billy was excellent. That being said, the part being delayed because it was lost in the handoff from UPS to USPS was extremely frustrating. There is no way to reach Sears' service customer service department. It's entirely automated so, I had to scheduled an appt with Billy to get this issue resolved.

Tony was very polite and courteous. He listened to my description of the problems (small leaking and not drying). He spent 2 hours taking the machine apart and searching. He said he couldn't find any leaks but the dryer fan motor wasn't working. He ordered the new part and came back the next week to install it. Unfortunately it still leaks and the drying is still not fixed.

My experience was good. My tech was timely, and professional looking. They diagnosed the problem with my washer quickly and informed me of the next step. And Voilà, they gone.

2 weeks to schedule initial appointment. Ordered part. Part arrived one week later. Followup appointment to install took 5 weeks with Sears rescheduling the appointment THREE times! All of this to install a new refrigerator water value that took 30 minutes.

Kenmore Water Softener Serial #383500E, Models : 625.383500 bought on 3/01/2022. WATER in tank , Technician came on10/16/2024 and 10/18/2024, until now Water is still in the Tank up to level 5. What is the next step I have to do to solve the problem ? Thank you
