He came the first time and made the diagnosis, and ordered the par The second time he put the part on. Had to call him back the washer was not fixed. Came the third time and ordered another part . He came the fourth time and fixed it now perfect

This technician was very through. For 18 years sears other technicians did not find bugs. After 18 years the dish washer died and sears is refusing to replace it . Why? I paid for your warrantee for 18 years, hundreds of dollars. Please have your upper management review. This is ridiculous and very common sense. Sears knows the life time of a appliance. This many years working is amazing. Email me the paperwork for getting a new dish washer
