Dean was incredible. Professional, Polite, Punctual and Knowledgeable. He was super neat and left the workspace immaculate. It was not his fault that he had to order parts that were delayed in shipping. The flaw is with the Sears Warranty Program and not the technician. Thank you Dean for such a great job. No thank you Sears as the warranty program is messy and notg worth it.
