Excellent service and helpful information!
Joshua not only diagnosed and proposed a solution quickly to solve my washing machine problem; he also took the time to help me understand the wash cycle settings and gave me pointers to extend the life of my washer. I'm thankful that I got that warranty!!

Very courteous and smart in his mechanical / digital field. After 4 visits changing parts and testing he realized that our unit had to be replaced. There was no fix available for my wall combo unit. Today it's visit #5: he even took pictures to support his report and need to replace. It's the first time he can't fix a unit! Every time he was detailed and cautious. Customer service requested this visit in order to move on with my contract. I can still use my oven but not the microwave. I'm soooo ready for my replacement. Sears has been thorough and I have been patient. Jamison is truely the best in his field.
