James G. was amazing. He answered all of my questions carefully until I understood exactly how my thermostat worked. That was part of the problem. However, he found out that the line was plugged and two items needed to be replaced. He explained how to keep the line open, when to replace filters and what was wrong with the parts that he replaced. He showed the parts to me. He is an excellent repair man. I would ask for him again.
