Was showing an F10 error code. Billy came in, diagnosed the issue and ordered the needed part. After it arrived Billy came back, installed the part and everything is working. He was quick and professional.

this service call was requested because the machine made this noise cut itself off mid cycle after filling the laundry room floor with water. it has had an intermittent problem short buzz followed instantly by machine quitting at all different parts of the cycle. usually will complete a cycle or two, then acts up. worked fine for the technitian,we will see how long this time
