Tech was on schedule, had part with him, knowledgeable, courteous, answered all our questions, and did the repair promptly. For many years, I was also a field repair technician. That experience let's me know our tech is excellent at his work - he should get a raise.

this service call was requested because the machine made this noise cut itself off mid cycle after filling the laundry room floor with water. it has had an intermittent problem short buzz followed instantly by machine quitting at all different parts of the cycle. usually will complete a cycle or two, then acts up. worked fine for the technitian,we will see how long this time

I had technicians come out on September 13th and September 25th the technicians were wonderful. But I had major issues in scheduling and would like to be in contact with someone about that. To have a warranty protection for a refrigerator and not being able to get it repaired for a month is not acceptable. How do you live without a refrigerator for a month?
