Refg freezer door repair
He is the first repairman to take the time to really figure out the true reason the drawer kept opening after closing it . He took everything out of freezer and found drawer would still pop open even after adjusting the drawer therefore found rails were loose . Where ever it was built it is p pice of junk I have had to have to many service calls there are no children in this house and I am the only one that uses it and I'm 83 and try to take good care of my things .

I received a text of an approximate ETA first thing on the morning of the appointment. Billy called when he was on his way and was within 5 minutes of what he said to expect - nothing short of a miracle considering the construction!!! He was very professional, checked the entire refrigerator, changed the water filter for me which I already had purchased but cannot reach it to change it myself. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in exploring the potential options for continuing my service agreement coverage.

Steven was great and caring and knowledgeable. He took care of the mess up before him with another tech. I am upset with the scheduling team we were without a refrigerator for almost a month. The team canceled the first scheduled time and then did not try to reschedule sooner than later. Steven was the best!!
