Great tech - knows his stuff and answers questions
Justin showed up when he said he would, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the right parts, and showed up on time for the replacement appointment. He worked quickly, answered the questions I had, and fixed the problem. That's about all I could ask for in a technician
