Dishwasher repair.
Conner was excellent. We were told our job would take two people. Connor was not told. But he worked alone and did a fantastic job for us. Very pleasant and personable. I wish all of your service representatives could be as knowledgeable in his service area as Connor. Thank you for assigning him to our service request.

First visit was to determine the problem with the oven bake element, tech found that the element had a hotspot and was close to complete failure. The tech ordered a new element that arrived in three days then returned to install the new element. Repair went smoothly .

They came in I told him what was wrong with it. It had the off button pushed and lit up. He said he just got everything cut off really so he got it going. It's still running cause we run it cause it had dirty dishes in it before and we took them out and washed them but they were great. They got it done in 10 minutes maybe 15.
