Knowledgeable and friendly
We shared a recording of the sound and he immediately knew the problem. He was able to remove some parts to get to a fan and tighten a fan blade.

James came in and went right to work, found 1 issue within 5 minutes and resolved another issue within 30 minutes. Another company prior had messed up a wire and James took care of the issue, but he didn't stop there and ensured everything was cared for at the condenser too. After replacing a capacitor he had fully resolved all my AC issues and I have a working AC now that is blowing nice cool air. Thank you for having James as a skilled employee, he was passionate about his work and shared some tips as well.

Perry was very nice, friendly and very efficient. The wait and system you use is terrible! It's almost impossible to get a LIVE person to talk to, and even then they're not very helpful I called about 20 different numbers. I will not renew my contract. It took Perry about 10 mins to replace the ice maker.
