Perry is a credit to your company. He is knowledgeable and polite. So are your other people. BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS WORSE THAN ANYTHING I COULD IMAGINE. IT IS HORRIBLE, AWFUL, AND PROBABLY BEYOND REPAIR. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND YOU TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Cornelius was professional and worked efficiently. He told me what was wrong but then the blow was, he couldn't fix it. He had to send a report to the home warranty company to approve. They are all covered items so having to wait and then lose another day of work is not OK. That is not a company I would hitch my name to.
