It took a long time (about 2-3 weeks) for the Sears to resolve the issue. First technician diagnosed issue with the inverter board which was replaced. But the freezer section temperature remained high. 2nd technician (OJ) added Freon which did not help. 3rd technician recommended replacing 3 more parts which were ordered and received. He did not spend much time. Constantly complained about having to drive for a long distance. He was unable to find the model no. on the refrigerator which others were able to find easily. OJ returned to replace the parts but decided that cleaning the outside of the compressor coil was sufficient. No parts replaced. The temp came down to expected level. Though it took longer than expected to address the problem, I am happy that it was resolved by OJ by identifying the issue. It was irritating to not able to communicate with human but Martha the virtual agent. It was annoying to find out that one appointment was cancelled at the last minute at 5 pm after making us wait the whole day from 8 am.
