You need to fix your process. This callback was not necessary. I believe the technician who repaired the HVAC IN the first place on September 20 ordered a replacement part for inventory. I believe that triggers a follow up call at the site of the original problem. In this case, totally unnecessary. Both technicians were excellent

Not having my washer was a real pain. Tony was prompt and pleasant, quickly diagnosed problem and ordered the piece and set up next date , which was only a week away. Everything went as he described, and up and running just before hurricane threatened. Very pleased and since I got the service warranty for all appliances, feeling safe for any future problems.
