You need to fix your process. This callback was not necessary. I believe the technician who repaired the HVAC IN the first place on September 20 ordered a replacement part for inventory. I believe that triggers a follow up call at the site of the original problem. In this case, totally unnecessary. Both technicians were excellent

Not having my washer was a real pain. Tony was prompt and pleasant, quickly diagnosed problem and ordered the piece and set up next date , which was only a week away. Everything went as he described, and up and running just before hurricane threatened. Very pleased and since I got the service warranty for all appliances, feeling safe for any future problems. Thanks Tony!

Corenelius did excellant work. Very through with his job. Problem didn't reflex on his job but with SEARS . From day 1 --Sept16th until today Sept. 26th, i am very disappointed in the response of Sears in getting my problem fixed. I went in to Email over & over trying to get to a REAL person to explain the problem. Only until i changed the date on my repair job did i get a response(no real person). People DON'T want to talk to Mechanical Monkey. You can't explain problems to METAL objects.
