Knowledgable and Professional
On Perry's first visit, he quickly found the issue that has been affecting the operation of my refrigerator for quite some time. When I received the replacement part, he returned to install it. During removal of the old part, he and his assistant ran into a glitch of some sort. Perry assured me the problem was resolved. The next 24-48 hours will be informative. Regardless, he was personable, professional, and worked very hard to get the appliance working again.
