The air conditioning unit was inoperative. Arrived before 5:00 PM. A thorough assessment was conducted, the fault identified, and the necessary repairs completed. The AC unit is now fully operational. A detailed explanation of the problem was provided upon request.

Gavin the technician was great. He knew his work and washer is now working. The home services is horrible. Original date was Jan 16th. Sears cancelled and came Jan 17. Gavin prescribed what needed to be done and ordered parts. Parts arrived Jan22 and system kept rescheduling as system not showing both parts received. They were both in same box!!!! I had to speak with 2 supervisors, 1 manager and 3 agents to resolve this! Pitiful! Only to receive a window for visit to fix washer from 8-5. Ridiculous! Its unfortunate that such a good employee has to work in such a chaotic company. This is probably why Sears closed in the first place. I won't be renewing warranty. Machine should have been replaced!

Technician worked professionally and was informative on what needed to be done. I'm not satisfied though as it seems to take to long for parts and rescheduling technician. The parts alone were costly and the machine should have been replaced that's why I have your contract. To wait a month to get it repaired is not acceptable. Would you like to haul your laundry out every week to get it done. I've had your service contract for many, many years and feel the service and what we pay yearly are now not worthy.
