OJ was very professional and did not give up until he found the problem with our ice maker. Then he went and picked up the parts and returned the same day to fix it. I recommend Sears and will ask for OJ next time.

Miguel was great. In general the 8 hour window was a pain. If there was a way to have insight maybe the day before on the time, about. that would be great. The initial estimate of time in the AM ended up being about 4 hours off (later when Miguel got here). Our situation was we were out of town and had to get back way early to meet the 0800 start time, when in fact the updated ended up being in the afternoon. I'm sure somebody has the schedule at least the day before.
