I always feel comfortable calling on Sears for repairs. However this last time the repair did not fix the problem. I am calling them to come back. I am hoping they wave the repair fee since it was not fixed the first visit.

Technicians were efficient and friendly. Completed my repair in less than one hour and left no trash or debris behind. They had me check the work to be sure I was satisfied.

Fast response. Parts were not available for repair therefore a new washer was delivered to replace our washer. Very happy with new machine and highly recommend Sears Appliance repair.
