The repairman needed a part to fix the problem but when he discovered he did not have the part in his truck he first suggested that i would have to make another appointment but when i mentioned i was leaving town shortly and that would be difficult he said that he would drive back to a supply center 40 minutes away.and get the part. He did that and the repair was completed that day. I admired his extra effort.

I made an appointment online and Ron showed up that morning and fixed the problem. I know there must be other reputable companies out there, but I always rely on Sears because they have always been there when I need them.

The warranty service to replace the belt on my treadmill was excellent. Unfortunately, the console must be replaced, because one of the speed buttons is responding very poorly. However, I have no doubt that Sears will come through and address this issue within the time period they represented.
