My experience with Garth was great. He was a really nice man. He called prior to coming & showed up promptly. He serviced my refrigerator, explained the problem and what I needed to do until a new refrigerator could be ordered & delivered. So far it is still running!!! New refrigerator is being delivered on Monday, January 29th.

Great Service, but.....
Orett did a great job in replacing the ice maker. Very quick and efficient. I did provide detailed information about the make, model, and problem on the website when I book the appointment. I also provided the same information in a text message. However, Orett was not provided this information and had no idea why he was coming to fix my refrigerator.
