I called Sears after a local company wanted to charge $500+ (they said because of the price of the part) to fix my dryer. Ismael came on time when scheduled. He communicated well with me about when he would be arriving. He arrived, and promptly fixed my machine, and the part was $17.00. The total bill was less than $150.00 (I have the home warranty). He even cleaned out the vent and removed all the clothes that had fallen behind there for years. I am so pleased with his service and that of Sears.

He was on time, so friendly, so helpful and knowledgable and seems to have gotten the problem solved, at least in the immediate present,

David called to provide his estimated arrival window. He arrived in the earlier part of the scheduled window which was a plus for me. He was professionally dressed, neat appearance and had all of the tools to complete both scheduled jobs. My washer needed all four suspensions replaced and the dryer was a routine maintenance. He worked effectively and efficiently and just like that both jobs were completed. Just as neatly as he rolled in he neatly rolled out leaving my laundry room tidy. He thanked me for being a valued Sears customer and was off. Thank you David! Thanks Sears! P.S. - I purchased the 5yr. plan at the time of purchase (Kenmore Washer & Dryer) before the closing of Searstown in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It was totally worth it.

Searstown is almost history. This was the Auto center. They started on the main store too
