Your Technician that you sent out was A1 and I am not just saying this because this young man did an EXCELLENT job. My wife and I are very happy with his work and what he did. In order in keeping workers like him you must continue to tell them "What A Great Job He or She is Doing and a Raise In Pay wouldn't hurt. Thanks again.

10/29/17 update: The problem is back, so I'll be calling Sears again. Our 8 year old refrigerator's thermostat wouldn't shut off. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and had a replacement sensor in the truck. All's well!
