On-time, high quality and ethically professional repair - great job. I had a tech from another company out the day prior - he proposed we needed an entire system replaced - I contacted SEARS - tech was on-time, right to the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes with parts from his truck. Wow - really great, especially in Florida where good service is rare and hard to find - we'll use SEARS again for certain.

Shawn the technician was professional and knowledgeable and would not give up on the CAFE refrigerator issues and much appreciated work , took several visits but Shawn would not give up on the repair. Working great now.

I am thankful for DUNIESKY A Carvajal, the technician that was sent to my property. First off he called with a pretty much exact time of arrival. He took his time to listen to me explain what was going on with the AC. He located the problem and explained to me what was happening with the unit. And what needed to be done to fix it. He was very patient , honest in my opinion, respectable and carried himself approachable. If I ever have to use Sears again I hope he is the one to come back. Oh he spoke English so we didn't have communication barriers which I truly appreciate. DUNIESKY represented your company exceptionally well. He is a keeper (food for thought)
